These terms govern your use of Pineworks Automotive's services. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to the following.
Pineworks Automotive provides mobile vehicle detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and marine detailing services. All services are carried out by Levi (the sole trader operating as Pineworks Automotive) or authorised personnel. Services are performed at the location specified at the time of booking.
Quotes provided via the website or by phone are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary if the vehicle condition differs materially from what was described at the time of quoting. We will always discuss any variation in price before beginning work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Bookings are confirmed once a date and time have been agreed in writing (email, text, or WhatsApp). We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange a booking without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge at our discretion to cover preparation costs and lost time.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about vehicle condition when requesting a quote. The customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location, and that access to water and power is available where specified. Vehicles containing hazardous materials or in an unsafe condition may be refused service.
We assess vehicle condition on arrival and note any pre-existing damage before beginning work. Pineworks Automotive is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or mechanical issues. In the unlikely event of damage caused during service, this must be reported before the vehicle is moved. We carry appropriate public liability insurance.
The extent of paint correction achievable depends on the depth of defects in the clear coat. Defects that penetrate through the clear coat into the base coat or primer cannot be fully removed by machine polishing. We will always communicate limitations honestly before work begins and will not proceed with correction if we cannot achieve an acceptable improvement.
Ceramic coatings require a minimum curing period after application (typically 24–48 hours). During this period the vehicle must not be washed or exposed to rain. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect coating performance. We accept no liability for coating failure caused by incorrect aftercare.
Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, cash, and major debit/credit cards. Invoices are provided on request.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
