How do I book a detail?

You can book through our website booking form or by contacting us directly via social media or email. We’ll confirm availability and details shortly after your enquiry.

Do you come to my home or workplace?

Yes — Pineworks is fully mobile, so we come to your home or workplace as long as there is safe space to work around the vehicle, and access to water and electricity.

Do you offer paint correction or ceramic coatings?

Currently Pineworks focuses on maintenance and deep cleaning services, but additional protection and enhancement services will be introduced soon as the business expands.

How often should I have my car detailed?

Most customers book a maintenance detail every 4–6 weeks, with deeper cleaning carried out a few times per year to keep vehicles in top condition.

Can you remove stains, pet hair, or odours?

In most cases, yes. Results depend on severity and how long the issue has been present, but we always aim for the best possible improvement.

What happens if weather conditions are poor?

Light rain is usually manageable, but in cases of heavy rain or strong winds, we may reschedule to ensure safe working conditions and the best result for your vehicle.

Do you require a deposit?

Deposits may be required for larger bookings or new customers to protect against cancellations. This will always be explained before confirmation.
